Common Questions

FAQs

What does JEMS HR Solutions do?

JEMS HR Solutions Inc. provides practical human resources consulting and people-management support to small, mid-sized, and growing organizations. Our services include fractional HR support, workplace policies, employee relations, recruitment, HR compliance reviews, training, and other customized HR solutions.

Where does JEMS provide HR consulting services?

JEMS is based in Regina, Saskatchewan. We support employers in Regina and throughout Saskatchewan through a combination of virtual and in-person services, depending on the client’s location and requirements.

What is fractional HR support?

Fractional HR gives your organization access to experienced HR support without hiring a full-time HR professional. JEMS can provide ongoing assistance for an agreed number of hours or days each month, helping you manage everyday HR responsibilities and longer-term people priorities.

Can JEMS help with a one-time HR project?

Yes. JEMS offers both ongoing HR support and project-based services. One-time projects may include developing an employee handbook, reviewing HR practices, supporting recruitment, creating job descriptions, delivering workplace training, or addressing a specific employee-relations matter.

How much do JEMS HR consulting services cost?

Fees depend on the type, complexity, and duration of the work. JEMS offers project-based pricing, hourly consulting, and ongoing fractional HR arrangements. You will receive a clear proposal outlining the scope and fees before work begins.

How does an engagement with JEMS begin?

The process starts with an initial consultation to understand your organization, current challenges, and desired outcomes. JEMS will then recommend a scope of work, expected timeline, responsibilities, and fees. Work begins once the service agreement has been approved.
